Erin Dickins is a founding member of the jazz vocal group Manhattan Transfer. Her focus has been writing, producing and recording original material with the Manhattan Transfer and during her own solo career in addition to recording background vocals for well known artists including James Taylor, Linda Ronstadt, Bette Midler, The Talking Heads, Yoko Ono, Melissa Manchester, Jim Croce, James Brown, Randy Neuman, Laura Brannigan, Janis Ian, Roberta Flack, Peabo Bryson, Barry Manilow, Patti Austin, Ashford & Simpson, Leonard Cohen, Dr. John, Paul Butterfield and Levon Helm.
